The one hour intro-session will give you the opportunity to learn about the CrossFit method as well as experience our introductory WOD (Workout Of the Day). Intro classes are held on Saturday mornings at 9am.
The intro-session is a great time for us to learn more about you as an athlete including your current fitness level, strengths, weaknesses and most importantly, your goals.
After your intro-session you are free to enroll in any of our membership options and attend group classes or opt for one-on-one coaching.
Note: the intro-session is a pre-requisite for entering our group classes.
After the intro-session, clients seeking more personal attention can schedule sessions by appointment with the coach of their choice. Our one-on-one coaching is customized to meet your needs and goals.
