Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.
FACT: Did you know the original prototype of “Barbara” (first posted July 13 2003) actually had 5 minute rest breaks? Did you know CrossFit was even around for that long;)?

Backyard WoD today: 4:33-5:04-6:03-6:12-5:42. I thought each round had it’s own time?

pullups, situps, squats, no problem. pushups, big problem. 42:40. pushups still represent a big weakness for me. I spent too much time with my face planted against the mat. I even speeded thru the last set of squats unbroken.

28:51 total time. Did my best to try and keep pace with Steve and Doug this AM. Thought I was going to puke on the ride home. Best single round was 2:52 in the second round.

27:58 total time. A good amount of volume here. The sit-ups got real hard. Have fun!
