135 pound Thruster, 12 reps
135 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 15 reps
135 pound Thruster, 9 reps
135 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 9 reps

Tuesday - regular class schedule
Fore!
In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
4 minutes of clean and jerks, 135 lb.
4 minutes of rowing
4 minutes of burpees
Post sum of clean and jerk reps, rowing calories and burpee reps to comments.

Wednesday - NO 7PM CLASS
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
5 box jumps, 30 in.
225-lb. cleans, 3 reps

Thursday - 8AM ONLY
"Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Friday - 10AM ONLY
